2012Republican Congressional Candidate LCDR Jim Bridenstine Announces Bixby and Broken Arrow Town Hall Meetings
(Tulsa, OK 5/1/12) Congressional Candidate Lieutenant Commander Jim
Bridenstine has announced the dates of his Town Hall Meetings for both Bixby
and Broken Arrow. The Bixby Town Hall will take place Thursday, May 3rd at
7:00pm and will be held at the RiverCrest Event Center located at 13329 S.
Memorial Drive. The Broken Arrow Town Hall will take place on Friday, May
18th at 7:00pm and will be held at the Broken Arrow Community Center
located at 1500 S. Main Street in Broken Arrow.
“I am looking forward these events,” said Bridenstine. “Too often politicians
avoid events like these and dodge the tough questions that are often
associated with them. I want to hear the concerns people in these
communities have about the direction of our country and how the federal
government affects their lives. I also want to outline the solutions I believe
are needed to restore our Founders’ visionary, conservative values that have
made America the greatest nation world history.”
Jim Bridenstine is a veteran combat pilot who served in Iraq and Afghanistan
and is challenging incumbent John Sullivan for Oklahoma’s First District
Congressional Seat. As the former Executive Director of the Tulsa Air and
Space Museum, Jim Bridenstine launched Tulsa’s energetic effort to acquire a
retiring Space Shuttle and created many exciting aviation events. Bridenstine
graduated from Jenks High School, has a triple major from Rice University
and an MBA from Cornell.
